Ape Born

Ape Born turns your EMS training device into a guided, trackable workout.

Pair your Ape Born device, choose a muscle module — abs, arms, thighs, calves, or glutes — and run a session with precise, real-time control. Dial intensity from 1 to 19, switch between Endurance, Muscle Growth, Bodybuilding, and Recovery modes, and let the app keep your time, reps, and intensity in sync.

FEATURES
• Direct device control — set intensity and mode on a responsive dial built for mid-workout adjustments.
• Guided sessions — pick a duration and training mode and follow along.
• Live session view — remaining time, reps, and intensity at a glance.
• History & stats — every session is saved so you can see your activity over time.
• Simple sign-in — email and password, or one-tap Sign in with Google.

Ape Born is designed to make EMS training feel deliberate and measurable, session after session.

Requires an Ape Born EMS device to control a live session.
