Slow response and fare estimated way less than actual cost

Prebooked at cab for 8 a.m. using the app. Cab didn't show up. Called Dispatch at 8:10 and, after holding the line for 4 minutes, was told that no one picked up the booking. Isn't the point of pre booking a cab to schedule a cab to show up at a specific time and location? Don't bother with the app... apparently it's not able to schedule drivers. Probably better off calling dispatch. BTW: called Metro Cab and had a cab at my location in 7 minutes.
