How Your Offline Shift Tracker Works
Shift Core makes complex field logging simple. A site inspector arrives on location, opens the app, and taps 'Start Shift' to begin tracking time. For the first task, like a fire extinguisher check, they create a new entry, scan the unit's barcode to populate the work order number, and mark its status as 'Pass'. They snap two photos of the gauge and tag, which are automatically attached to the task record.

Throughout the day, they repeat this process, duplicating similar tasks to work faster. If a unit fails inspection, they mark it 'Fail', add detailed notes, and photograph the issue for the follow-up team. Before leaving, the building manager provides a digital signature directly on the device screen. Upon tapping 'End Shift', a complete, branded PDF report is generated, which the inspector shares directly to the client's email.

Analytics & Job History
• Review your performance with an integrated analytics dashboard showing pass/fail rates and task trends over time.
• Archive completed shifts instead of permanently deleting them, preserving a complete, searchable job history indefinitely.
• Instantly undo accidental archiving with a single tap to restore shifts from the archive back to your active list.

Designed for fire safety inspectors, maintenance crews, site supervisors, HVAC and electrical contractors, and any professional performing site visits that demand a reliable work log.
