Tried to add my AO Smith Vertex water heater, which includes a big sticker with, "This model is iCOMM COMPATIBLE" however the app will not accept my serial number, and my water heater does not include a QR code. Too bad - this water heater has been malfunctioning repeatedly for the past couple of months, and I hoped to get failure notifications (which we presently get via suddenly ice cold showers), and also explore more features of the Vertex, since we're going to have to replace it.
