Mobile Announcement is a multipurpose Android application that delivers critical notifications you need in daily life as Turkish voice announcements.

📡 EARTHQUAKE TRACKING
It pulls a real-time earthquake list from Kandilli Observatory data. You can filter by magnitude using color coding (red/orange/yellow/green) and announce the desired earthquake as a Turkish voice announcement. Thanks to the background monitoring feature, you receive automatic notifications and voice alerts for earthquakes exceeding the magnitude threshold you set.

🌤 WEATHER
You can learn the real-time temperature, perceived temperature, humidity, and wind data by entering the city name. You can listen to the weather forecast audibly with the "Announce" button; you can activate the hourly automatic weather announcement feature to receive updated weather information audibly every hour.

🩸 BLOOD DONATION ANNOUNCEMENT
In case of a blood need, create a ready-made voice announcement by entering the blood group, hospital/institution name, and contact number. Phone numbers are read as Turkish numerals.

🔊 FREE ANNOUNCEMENT
Write your desired text and make an instant voice announcement. Write your own sentence, press the Announce button, and the TTS (text-to-speech) service will read the text aloud.

⚙ OTHER FEATURES
• System supports light and dark themes
• Background monitoring automatically resumes after device restart
• All announcements work entirely offline with the TTS engine; no additional account or subscription is required

Internet connection is only used for the earthquake list and weather data. The application contains no ads and does not collect personal data.
