Somehow worse than the already horrible website. Update 10/24; Being told I'm not human by an AI is insulting. "Trust this device" simply doesn't work. Have to log in multiple times just to pay the monthly statement. Pay by Bank (the recommended method apparently) does not work. No notifications or updates to say a payment was due. Will happily close my account once it's clear and pay more to shop elsewhere.

The app is OK at best, it's inferior to just browsing the website though, sometimes the categories lock up and you can't pick any it just stays in the one you're already in, doesn't remember log in details or devices so the 'remember device for 7 days' doesn't work. You're better off using the website
