Anwar Salawat

Anwar Salawat is a clean, fully offline reader for five classical Durood and Salawat texts of the Sunni-Sufi tradition. Built for daily recitation — at tahajjud, after Isha, or any time you sit down with a salawat — without ads, accounts, or any data leaving your device.


• Dalail al-Khayrat (دلائل الخيرات) — Imam Muhammad ibn Sulayman al-Jazuli's eight-hizb compilation of salawat, recited daily across the Muslim world for over five centuries. All eight hizb included, one for each day of the week plus the closing khatm.

• Bashair al-Khayrat (بشائر الخيرات) — "Glad Tidings of Virtues," composed by Sheikh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani of Baghdad. Thirty Allahumma-salli invocations addressing categories of believers, each anchored to verses of the Holy Qur'an.

• Durood-e-Taj (درود التاج) — the Crown Salutation, composed by Sheikh Abu Bakr bin Salim of Tarim. Beloved across the Tijaniyya, Ba 'Alawi, and Indo-Pakistani Sufi traditions.

• Durood-e-Mustaghas (درود المستغاث) — a litany addressing the Prophet ﷺ as al-Mustaghath ilā Hadrat Allāh, recited for divine aid and intercession.

• Durood-e-Lakhi (درود لاکھی) — "the Hundred-Thousand Salutation," whose recitation traditionally carries the reward of 100,000 durood.

EDITORIAL POLICY

Every Arabic line is sourced from authenticated published editions, including verified Pakistani lithograph prints and Internet Archive scans of pre-modern editions. Texts include full diacritics (tashkeel). No paraphrasing, no AI-generated text, no machine translation.

• Three reading modes: Light, Night reading (warm amber on true black — designed for tahajjud and post-Isha recitation, melatonin-friendly), and Match system.

• Adjustable font size from 24 to 72 points. Right-to-left rendering with proper Arabic shaping.

• Bookmark any line; bookmarks are grouped by book and persist offline. Tap a bookmark to jump straight back to that verse.

• Last-read position is remembered for each book. Reopen the app and you're exactly where you left off.

PRIVACY

The app is fully offline. It makes zero network requests at runtime. It collects no personal data, no usage telemetry, no advertising identifiers, no location, no contacts. It does not connect to any server, cloud, or third-party SDK. Your bookmarks and reading position never leave your device.

The only Android permission requested is INTERNET, which is required by the React Native framework even when unused — and the app does not use it.
