Mendixo

Mendixo is a construction defect management system built for real site operations, developed and refined on a large-scale construction project in Vietnam.

Defect Management — Report defects with before/after photos, assign PICs, and track status from open to approved. Filter by tower, floor, room, works type, and contractor.

Live Dashboard — Real-time KPIs, building status visualization, defect density heatmaps, and contractor performance at a glance.

Daily Reports — Manpower tracking by vendor and role, schedule progress, and automated translation for multilingual site teams (Korean–Vietnamese–English).

Climate & Safety — Weather-based safety insights including heat warnings and typhoon alerts tailored to site location.

Built by site engineers, for site engineers. Mendixo runs on any device and keeps field teams and office staff on the same page.
