2024-01-09	Ri*****	Although I have to reinstall the app each time there is a reboot to my DVR I still really like the app due to it being easy to operate and navigate around. One niggle is the time on the app being different to my DVR ? Very difficult for playback? 🤔

2023-09-20	Dá*****	Update 9/23Clear (HD) live view working again. Update 10/22/Unfortunately the old problem of Clear View freezing immediately is back and so star rating is back to 2 until it's solved. Previous review: Finally! All functions working right. Took too long and too much frustration so 4 stars but at least I can now recommend the app unreservedly. Just be aware you may actually need a firmware upgrade to get clear view/ replay working and the nice support team on here can help with that.

2023-08-14	Mr*****	Always have issues. Latest issue is that it only works when i put it on clear but once on fluent it wouldn't stop buffering. To make it worse, there isn't any option where we could change it permanently to clear. Looks like i wasted money on these cameras 👎👎👎

If you want stream live you can only watch it in "fluent" mode, if you try to use "clear" mode it stops independently from your WiFi strength, the app allowed me to stream in Clear mode only a few times... Same goes for ADCloud... 2 years later still the same nothing changed. Developers don't even bother to reply

2023-05-05	Di*****	Sometime can not log on and it just keeps saying not connected to the Internet. Also if on WiFi at work it won't connect which is rubbish as need to check on pets at home when I'm at work . Had to unstail 3 times to get the app working again but can not connect during day in this app until I am at home.

2023-03-18	ka*****	The app is total garbage and might as well not exist. I keep trying to view cameras and it just shows a loading icon with blue and red dots, and when I isn't doing that the app just crashes. Please sort this out!!!

2023-01-31	st*****	Only had my four camera system two weeks and its great but the app is complete junk and practically unusable due it closing down constantly as you try to use it, you need to fix this garbage app.

I've got 3 cameras hooked up, one of them no longer shows a video through the app. Lagging, not loading video, expand button makes the video like a panoramic view. Now the app doesn't run at all, just red and blue loading dots. Everything runs fine on the system, wired internet connection. All my issues are with the app. Updated system, reset app and system etc, tried adcloud. Still doesn't work. Now what? Unreliable app.
