ANR PISE

The IT Portal for Electronic Services of the Romanian Naval Authority (ANR PISE) is a mobile application specially developed to facilitate quick and efficient access to the information and services offered by the Romanian Naval Authority. The app is available on iOS and Android platforms and is intended for both shipping professionals and the general public.

Through ANR PISE, users can benefit from the following facilities and services:

1. Registration and authorization of ships: users can obtain information about the procedure and documentation necessary for the registration and authorization of ships under the Romanian flag, as well as for obtaining certificates and other mandatory documents.

2. Payment of taxes and tariffs online: the application allows making electronic payments for the taxes and tariffs set by the Romanian Naval Authority, such as registration fees, operating authorizations and the extension of the validity of navigation documents.

3. Inspection and control of ships: the application provides access to information on the program of inspection and control of ships, the rules and regulations regarding navigation, the investigation of maritime accidents and incidents.
