Inculcate Kids: Indian Stories

Bedtime kahaniya, moral stories and Indian folk tales for kids 3-12: Panchatantra, Akbar-Birbal, Tenali Raman and mythology, as audio stories, animated videos and comics.

And your child is the hero of every one of them.

Your child in the story
Add your child's name and their face, and they become the hero: the clever one in the Panchatantra tale, the brave one in the folk tale, the child the king listens to. They hear their own name. They see themselves in the pictures.

Read it in your own voice
Record a short sample once, and stories can be narrated to your child in your own voice, in your own language. Grandparents can record too. For the nights you are travelling, or the afternoon you are stuck on a call, your child still gets a story in the voice they love most.

Listen, watch or read
- Audio stories for bedtime, car rides and quiet independent play
- Animated video stories for children who would rather watch
- Story comics for children who are starting to read on their own
One story, three ways to enjoy it, so the same tale works at bedtime and on a rainy Sunday.

Stories in your child's language
English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam and Odia.
कहानियां / গল্প / కథలు / गोष्टी / கதைகள் / વાર્તા / കഥകൾ / ଗପ
Hindi kahaniya at bedtime, Tamil kathaigal, Telugu kathalu, Marathi goshti, Bengali golpo, Gujarati vartao, Malayalam kathakal and Odia gapa. Many Indian languages, one library, one app, so the language spoken at home is the language of story time.

A world of Indian stories for kids
- Panchatantra and Jataka fables
- Akbar-Birbal and Tenali Raman wit
- Ramayana and Mahabharata retold gently for children
- Krishna, Hanuman, Ganesha and Shiva stories for kids

- Indian folk tales and timeless classics
- Moral and sanskaar stories that carry a value without a lecture
- Soothing bedtime stories and playful learning tales

By age
- 3 to 5: short bedtime tales, gentle animal stories, simple words, plenty of pictures
- 6 to 8: Panchatantra and Akbar-Birbal, moral stories in Hindi and eight more languages, first comics
- 9 to 12: longer mythology, folk tales, and wit-and-reasoning stories

Made for children, calm by design
No ads. No pop-ups. Nothing trying to sell to your child. Screens simple enough for a three-year-old to open a story alone, and stories long enough to hold a nine-year-old. Personalisation is yours to choose: add a name and a photo if you want them, remove them whenever you like.

Lovely for everyday moments
Bedtime wind-down, when a story helps more than one more video. Car rides and long journeys. Audio for screen-off time, when you want listening and imagining instead of watching. The ten quiet minutes while dinner is cooking. Story time in your child's mother tongue, in a grandparent's voice.
