2026-06-21	Wo*****	When I first bought it a few years ago, it worked well, But since the change in company ownership, It doesn't work, I can't even get it to authenticate anymore on my new phone. You people need to do something because when I bought it from Amazon a few years ago, it cost me almost $500.- when it first came out. Do something or give me a refund of my money.

2026-06-09	Ro*****	Please sort the app out, last used in 2019, now have Vector 2.0 in 2026. Paid a full year's subscription and not tempted to pay anything else as the basics like saying 'go home' are met with an error. This wasn't a cheap purchase direct from DDL either.

2026-05-10	Fa*****	so we got it and it didn't work it made me cry maybe. . . they shut down servers and don't connect to ip address it's sad I got one on Amazon and did not work I was sad it was my birthday gift and virepods are like hacking units.
