I've been working with Anjuli for almost four years now. She is not only an amazing trainer but also a friend and a confidant. She gives you everything you need to succeed - workouts (home and gym), meal plan, macro splits, checkins, messaging on socials, and the great community here on Facebook. After a few months working with Anjuli, I lost 30 lbs and haven't gained it back. App is great to keep track of your journey, workouts, and mealplan!
