The Problem We Solve

How It Works
From the moment a transporter receives an Permit Number (Load Permit) from the mining authority, Anjex takes over:


🔹 Load Creation & Broadcast — Transporter enters Permit Number, mineral type, mine location, buyer, and total quantity. ALMS auto-generates a Load ID and broadcasts it to registered truck owners by proximity and vehicle type. Unfilled slots are rebroadcast with an expanding radius automatically.
🔹 Smart Load Acceptance — Truck owners receive load offers with full details — rate per tonne, distance, mineral type, and date. They accept loads and assign their truck and driver directly from the app. The system auto-generates a Truck Slot ID and notifies the driver instantly via SMS and in-app alert.
🔹 Digital Gate Entry & Loading Advice — The Transport Representative verifies the truck at the mine gate via OTP or QR scan, then generates a digitally signed Loading Advice PDF in seconds — auto-filled from existing load data. No manual paperwork.
🔹 Real-Time Trip Tracking — Drivers navigate, mark arrivals, confirm loading start/completion, and exit gates — all with live status updates synced across every dashboard in real time.
🔹 Automated Bilty/Challan Generation — Once weighbridge data is entered, the system auto-generates a 3-copy digital Challan (Consigner, Consignee, Driver) — complete with weights, buyer details, diesel advances, and digital signature. Printed on-site or shared via cloud link.
🔹 Delivery & Challan Upload — Driver marks delivery, uploads a photo of the signed challan copy, and the system auto-closes the trip. The transporter verifies delivered weight and approves or corrects any discrepancy.
🔹 Automated Reconciliation — Every trip's freight, advances, diesel, and TDS is auto-calculated. Transporters get load-level reconciliation; truck owners get truck-wise payment summaries. No more end-of-month spreadsheet chaos.
🔹 Data Integrity & Compliance — All actions are timestamped, OTP/QR verified, and permanently logged. One-directional workflow prevents tampering. Full audit trail for every load, truck, and document.
