Stray Animal Management

The Stray Animal Management App has been developed by the Department of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana.

This mobile application enables department officials and authorized users to efficiently manage and monitor various activities related to stray animal control and Animal Birth Control (ABC) operations across Urban Local Bodies in Haryana.

Through this application, users can:

• Capture and register stray dogs
• Record entry of dogs into ABC centres
• Monitor release of sterilized dogs

The app ensures transparency, accountability, and monitoring of ABC activities. It supports structured workflow management and provides role-based access for field staff, veterinary officers, and administrators.
