Update: It's been since October 2022 when I filed for a replace/repair of the Bullseye button and I still haven't gotten a reply. App used to work pretty well but now it hardly functions. I bought the year subscription and they sent a bullseye button that had 40% battery left, it's supposed to be new. I used it once, it recorded for about an hour and a half before dieing. None of the links function on the site, tracking isn't reliable. It has potential, but seems to be a dead app unfortunately.

It worked great for a month or so. Then, as a pro user, my bullseye quit working and the app will not load the map. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating my device, etc. The link to contact support within the app leads to a 404 page. Pretty disappointed. UPDATE. Tried reaching out to support. No response at all. Map layers don't work, bullseye device worked maybe once, and apparently support doesn't exist. Waste of time and money. Subscription cancelled.

I have been a pro subscriber for over a year and have loved the app and the bullseye button. However, I've had an issue with a warranty replaced bullseye and now the developers support email has been unresponsive for several months. I'm not sure what else to do besides cancel my subscription before renewal next month.
