The web interface and drop down menus do not allow you to select items. I will just use the website.

Terrible. It's just a browser on an already broken website. Tracking impossible to find despite email link to tracking. Live chat drops out. No company phone number. Resolving an issue with incorrect delivery proving impossible so far.
