انا مدرب و نزلت التطبيق بس اشوف الخربطة اللي فيه ! كيف تعطي كل الناس نظام غذائي واحد !!!!!! كل انسان له احتياج السعرات اللي خاص فيه و لو اخذ تحت هذا الاحتياج بيصير ضرر عليه للاسف برنامج امسحوه ابركلكم
