Reviews praise Uncrate’s appealing product discovery and, in some cases, responsive support. The most repeated complaints are unreliable loading and product pages, problems with the Stash feature or account access, and failed shopping links. These issues have made the app less useful for browsing and purchasing for some longtime users.
Pros
Users enjoy the app’s selection of interesting, unusual products and describe it as a fun place to browse.
Some users report quick, helpful customer support and fast fixes when problems are raised.
The app is valued for discovering products and finding places to buy them.
Cons
Loading and stability problems are common: the app refreshes or struggles to load, and product pages or lists may fail to appear.
The Stash feature is missing or not working for multiple users, with some also reporting trouble accessing account data.
Shopping links often fail or lead to errors, making it difficult to view or buy products.
Recent reviews
Been one of the first users of this app. Don't know why they took the stash feature away. The links to buy stuff have been giving errors and 404 pages lately. This is a great app, however seems to be slowly loosing its edge with these new updates.. They could also do with more purchasing/payment options....
