App not working. Download link given on website not working. Poor app

Signed up to the trial. Downloaded the app, and everytime I logged in it threw me straight out. Tried contacting support and get a standard reply but nothing changes. Shame as it looks like decent affordable software but if this is the level of service you get then alarm bells start ringing.
