7KAIH Journal – Build Great Habits Every Day

The 7KAIH Journal is a simple, self‑guided habit tracker designed for students of SMP Kristen Terang Bangsa Cirebon. This app helps you build the 7 Great Habits of Indonesian Children (7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat) by recording your daily activities – independently and privately.

The 7 Habits You Will Track Every Day:
Wake up early – record the time you wake up each morning.

Pray/Worship – mark your daily spiritual routine.

Exercise – log any physical activity (at home or school).

Eat healthy, nutritious food – keep track of your meals.

Study – note how long or how well you studied.

Socialise with community – record positive interactions with friends, family, or neighbours.

Sleep early – record the time you go to bed each night.

How It Works:
For students: log in with your personal account (provided by the school) and fill in your daily journal. The app is designed to be used by yourself – it’s your personal reflection tool.

For teachers and administrators: log in as admin to view class‑wide progress and support students in building consistent habits.

Why Use This App?
Build self‑discipline and self‑awareness from an early age.

Simple, distraction‑free interface – no social media, no games.

All data stays within the school environment (no third‑party sharing).

Lightweight and works offline after installation.

Who Can Use This App?
Only students, teachers, and staff of SMP Kristen Terang Bangsa Cirebon can log in. If you are not a member of this school, the app will not be useful to you. For login credentials, please contact your homeroom teacher or the school administration.

Note for Parents:
You can ask your child to show you their journal or contact the school if you wish to review their progress. The school fully respects your child’s privacy and complies with Indonesian child protection laws.

Start your journey toward becoming a disciplined, healthy, and responsible Indonesian child – one habit at a time.
