Control over alert tones and scheduling on-call times is also limited or non-functional, leading to user frustration. Despite its good concept and convenience, reliability and usability problems hinder its effectiveness, prompting some users to prefer physical pagers.

Cons

Notification sounds often do not work correctly; issues with sound volume, no sound, or only vibration despite settings.
Unreliable connection to server leading to frequent error messages and missed pages.
Cannot delete messages, only archive them; limited message management features.
Problems with alert tones not changing and uncontrollable loud beeping that ignores user settings.
No proper scheduling for on-call times or do not disturb functions, making it hard to manage working hours and alerts.

Recent reviews

The first time I used this App for on call, the tones used were the loud tones supplied with the App. This time the tones used were not audible at all. Why would they change?
