The "AMS" mobile application designed to make Aarthi Scans and Labs appointments easily accessible for Branch Managers based on the branch they belong to.

Dashboard - Patients scheduled, Patients checked in, To be rescheduled, To be reminded, To be billed, No of Late calls, Average billing time on that day, No of Late calls

Appointments –
a. Comprehensive appointments screen’ visibility where they can able to view Modality and Doctors’ Appointments on that day based on the branch which they belong.
b. Can able to update status such as reschedule, cancel, Call not picked for the appointments. Such that SMS will be sent to patients.

Settings - Provision to update Machine and doctor timings and status for tomorrow / month

Book appointment - Provision to create Appointments.

Notifications-
a. Notification When Dr leave or modality down on that Day
b. Notification When patient has an appointment, but hasn’t checked in QMS 10 mins before appointment time
c. Tag as “Late call” when call list 1 status is not updated in next 30 mins and call list 2 status is not updated in next 15 minutes.
