The questionnaire covers all situations in life and deals with topics such as work & training, partnership, mobility, law, social environment, personal attitude, sport, rehabilitation measures and much more.

The selection was compiled by Dr. Thomas Frey. The leg amputee from Cologne has been looking after people after an amputation for many years and has always found that answers are often time-consuming to find. This is how this joint project between Routine Health GmbH and the Federal Association for People with Arm or Leg Amputation was born.

The aim is to be able to continuously develop the app and therefore we look forward to your feedback and cooperation.
