WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY PLAY
Amplia lifts the sound already coming out of your phone, so there is nothing to import and no library to rebuild. Music, video, podcasts, speakerphone calls, games — one loud volume booster for everything the system mixes, on wired headphones, Bluetooth, USB audio or the phone speaker.

MORE THAN A SOUND BOOSTER
The headphone equalizer is built in, not bolted on. Fourteen presets cover rock, pop, jazz, classical, hip hop, dance, metal, acoustic, podcast and gaming, and every band is yours to move by hand. Add the bass booster when a track sounds thin, the virtualizer when it feels narrow, dialogue clarity when a film mumbles.

BUILT TO BE FAIR
No ads. There have never been any and there will not be. Nothing interrupts you while you are adjusting the sound. Locked presets play in full for thirty seconds before we ever mention a price, and the subscription screen opens only when you tap it.

HEARING SAFETY
Amplia tracks your exposure against the WHO/ITU-T H.870 guideline and shows an estimated listening level — clearly marked as an estimate, because measuring it exactly would require microphone access we do not ask for. You can set your own ceiling, and it works on the free tier.

PRIVACY
No account. No sign-in. No advertising ID. No microphone permission. Nothing recorded about what you listen to. Anonymous usage analytics (Google Firebase Analytics, and Mixpanel in its EU data region) help us improve the app: how features are used, plus technical details such as app version, device make and model, and whether you use Free or Pro. It is on by default and you can switch it off at any time in Settings. If you subscribe, your purchase is verified by our payment provider, RevenueCat; while analytics is on, subscription events are linked to the same anonymous analytics profile.

A NOTE ON COMPATIBILITY
Android does not let every device apply effects to the system-wide audio mix. On phones where that is blocked, Amplia says so plainly and offers its own player, where the boost is guaranteed to work.
