Users like the value of the monthly unlimited plan and the friendly service, but the app itself is repeatedly buggy. The most recurring issues are difficulty migrating existing accounts into the app, login/load failures, and failures to sync subscription data (including monthly payments). License plate/vehicle info cannot be saved or recognized. Feature parity like in-app games/points is broken or nonfunctional. Overall, the app currently undermines otherwise positive car wash experiences by blocking access to subscriptions and complicating sign-in and payments.
