CAQM Pavan

CAQM Pavan (Platform for Air Quality Vigilance & Analytics for NCR) is the official mobile
application developed for the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) to strengthen
air quality governance through digital inspection, compliance monitoring, and real-time
environmental enforcement across the National Capital Region (NCR) and adjoining areas. The
application forms an integral part of the PAVAN digital ecosystem, enabling Flying Squads and
authorized government officials to conduct evidence-based inspections, monitor pollution
sources, and streamline enforcement workflows.
Designed to replace traditional paper-based inspection methods, CAQM Pavan provides a
secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform for conducting field inspections, capturing geo-
tagged evidence, generating digital reports, and synchronizing inspection data with the
centralized CAQM portal. The platform supports transparency, accountability, and data-driven
decision-making in environmental governance while improving coordination among regulatory
agencies
