Observatório AMM

The AMM Observatory is the official app of the Minas Gerais Association of Municipalities (AMM), developed for the fiscal and financial monitoring of municipalities in Minas Gerais.

NOTICE: This app is not an official government service. It is developed and maintained by AMM, an entity representing the municipalities of Minas Gerais, without any direct link or affiliation with federal, state, or municipal government bodies.

Main Features:
With the app, mayors and municipal managers have quick and secure access to key public management indicators, including:

Fiscal Regularity: Status with CAUC and CAGEC.

Resources: Status of FPM (Municipal Participation Fund) blockages.

Transfers: Forecasts and details of federal and state transfers.

Constitutional Limits: Monitoring of minimum spending on Health and Education.

Health: Transfers from the Ministry of Health (FNS) and SES-MG.

ICMS Quota Share: ICMS/IPI Radar by criteria and study library of Law 18.030 (Robin Hood Law), based on data from the João Pinheiro Foundation.

Fundraising: Programs and agreements open for new investments.
