I cannot even sign in!!!

I just installed this and logged in with a student account. I downloaded book "B" but opening it crashed the app. Restarted, then B was supposedly not downloaded. Tried again. Wouldn't download. Crashed again. After that I couldn't even log in anymore as the auth page threw an "Unexpected error."
