Unable to register / sign-up for account. Device: SAMSUNG NOTE 9 OS: ANDROID 10 Mobile App: American Pool Issue: Open app. Enter email address App prompts for PIN code that I should be receiving via email. No email is received. Looked in INBOX Looked in SPAM FOLDER Looked in TRASH FOLDER Email account is still receiving new emails. I have also tried the RESEND CODE option on the app. PLEASE HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!! I feel this review will be ignored.
