2025-09-24	Ad*****	Absolutely terrible. The camera dissappeared from the cloud services app after a month and I can't add it again. Support is non-existant. No one replies to the emails. EDIT: Changing my review because I was eventually contacted and the support team helped me set up the camera again. I did write to that email, but I only got a response after I sent a support form.

2025-08-13	Ro*****	expensive, constant alerts for every shadow and lights turning on and off, lightning, etc. likely because they want to push you to pay even more for their ai detection addon. event playback is clumsy / buggy when going from live to playback and switching between events. much happier with self hosted blue iris software which is much cheaper and much more customizable.
