Relay: File Manager & Transfer

Relay puts the files on your phone and the files on your servers in one place.

Browse internal storage, SD cards and USB drives, connect to FTP, FTPS, SFTP, SMB and WebDAV servers, and move files between them. Transfers keep running in the background, with a notification you can pause or cancel from.

CONNECT TO YOUR SERVERS
• FTP and FTPS (explicit and implicit TLS), passive and active mode, anonymous access
• SFTP with password, SSH key or keyboard-interactive sign-in, and a real fingerprint prompt the first time you meet a server
• SMB2 / SMB3 shares with domain and guest access
• WebDAV over HTTP or HTTPS, with a clear warning when a connection is not encrypted
• Import and export connection settings with a QR code

TRANSFER WITHOUT SURPRISES
• Upload, download, copy and server-to-server transfers
• Pause, resume, cancel and retry, with speed and time left
• A conflict dialog that shows both files side by side before anything is overwritten

MANAGE FILES
• List, compact and grid views; sort, filter and search with * and ? wildcards
• Create, rename, copy, move, delete and share
• Previews for images, text, source code and PDFs

• Web Share: a temporary local web page with a QR code so another device can download
• FTP server: reach this device from a computer
• Sync: one-way or two-way, with a plan you confirm before anything moves
• Storage analyzer that suggests cleanup but never deletes on its own

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Saved passwords and SSH keys are encrypted with a key held by the device's keystore
• Optional PIN and biometric app lock
• Relay shows one banner ad on the Home screen, loaded by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Consent is requested first where the law requires it. There are no ads anywhere else.

Relay does not request All Files Access. To reach files in other apps' folders, use "Add a folder".
