2025-01-12	Ja*****	I don't think that the people who created that app actually use it because it's the least user-friendly app for chargers I've used...It keeps bugging and it usually takes about 15-20 minutes in front of the charger to be able to log in and connect the car.

2024-10-05	G *****	account creation was ok. phone and email confirmations had some delays and needed a resend; email only came through the first time. charging station worked. i also set my default funds to 5 and it keeps changing to 20.

2024-07-02	Jo*****	Atrocious user experience. After all the steps to sign up and trying to add multiple cards, went unresponsive at billing. It should not be this hard.

2024-06-12	Co*****	Tried multiple times to register 2 different accounts on different devices, contacted support and told they will get back to me. Does not help me when I need a charge. Only one would finally complete the registration but would not accept any of my 4 different credit cards. Absolutely terrible program, left without a charge. Thankfully there are super charges near by. Avoid using these chargers, there is no helpful support in a timely manner and no one in the area to provide and help.

2024-01-08	Te*****	Signing up through the app sucks, but not as much as going through all the effort to fund the account and getting ERROR 22 on the stupid charger. What an awful customer experience all around. Find somewhere else to charge if you can; good luck!
