Congregation Manager

Congregation Manager is a tool for organizing the internal work of the congregation in one place—instead of scattered spreadsheets, printouts, and chat messages.
The application is modular: the congregation administrator enables only the features the congregation actually uses and decides where they appear. Each user sees only what they are authorized to access.
FEATURES
• Meetings — meeting agenda in monthly view and on the main screen, configuration of days and times, export to PDF.
• Service Meetings — calendar of meetings with location and time, preview of upcoming dates on the main screen.
• Literature Cart — calendar of shifts, registration for vacancies, additions and withdrawals for approval by those responsible, "My Shifts" view, equipment readiness.
• Territories — territory assignments, maps with boundary previews, processing history, extension and refund requests, "do not visit" addresses, territory statistics.
• Ministry — private time and activity log, pioneer list, service groups. • Reports – Sending a monthly report directly from the app and reviewing congregation reports for those in charge.
• Housekeeping – Schedule and assignments, self-reporting, monthly availability summary, export to PDF.

ROLES AND PERMISSIONS
The application distinguishes between roles: publisher, audio/video operator, ministerial servant, and congregation elder. The scope of visible data and possible actions depends on the role, and additional detailed permissions can be granted by the administrator.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Accounts are created only by the congregation administrator—independent registration is not possible.
• Each congregation's data is completely separated from the data of other congregations.
• Encrypted HTTPS connection, server-side access control, and protection against unauthorized database access.
• No advertising and no third-party analytical tools.
• The full privacy policy is available within the application.
FOR WHOM
The application is intended only for individuals authorized by the congregation administrator. Without an account created by the administrator, it is not possible to use it.
