User Reviews

Reviews are mixed, but recurring complaints focus on app reliability, account access, and loyalty-point tracking. A few users describe the app positively, though no specific positive feature is mentioned repeatedly.

Pros

Several users gave the app a generally positive rating.

Cons

The app frequently fails to open or function, with users reporting crashes, freezing, and unresponsiveness.
Account registration and login are difficult: users report failed sign-ups, invalid-phone errors, and OTP codes not arriving.
Points tracking is unreliable: points may not be credited, purchase history may be lost, and progress is difficult to view.

Recent reviews

Purchases made at outlet malls currently do not qualify for points. It would be great if purchases made at outlet stores could also earn points, as this would encourage customers to continue shopping with the brand while enjoying the same loyalty benefits.
