Amba Agent is a secure mobile workspace for agents who manage payments, recipients, and client activity on behalf of Amba Pay users. The app brings everyday agent tasks into one simple experience, helping agents view balances, organize recipients, track transactions, and take action quickly from their phone.

With Amba Agent, agents can sign in securely, complete profile setup, manage cards and payment accounts, add or search recipients, and view recipient details in one place. The app supports key money movement flows such as sending money, requesting money, cashing out, adding cash, and reviewing transaction confirmations. A clear transaction history makes it easier to follow incoming and outgoing activity, filter records, and check payment details when clients need support.

The app also helps agents stay organized beyond payments. Agents can manage schedules and reminders, send notifications, access support, review profile and KYC information, and use QR-based flows for fast identification or event access. Event tools, tickets, points, and request screens give agents a broader operational view while keeping navigation simple through dedicated home, recipient, request, transaction, and profile areas.

Security and usability are central to the experience. Amba Agent includes PIN-based setup, biometric lock support, Firebase-backed authentication, and a mobile-first interface designed for quick field use. Localization support also prepares the app for multilingual users, including English and French.
