CrudoCotto is an application that helps you calculate the equivalent weight of foods from raw to cooked and vice versa.
It helps you calculate the equivalent carbohydrate weight between two different foods.
It gives you nutritional information for each individual food.
Main features:
n1. From Raw to Cooked: Calculate the final weight of a food after cooking. With the premium Food Management function it allows you to add or modify new foods with their conversion factor.
n2. Cooked to Raw: Calculate the original weight of a food before cooking. With the premium Food Management function it allows you to add or modify new foods with their conversion factor.
n3. CarboCalc: Allows you to calculate the carbohydrate equivalent between two different foods.
n4. KcalCalc: Allows you to calculate the energy equivalent (Kcal) between two different foods.
n5. Food Info: Provides detailed nutritional information on various foods.
n6. BarCode Products: Allows you to scan barcodes of food products to view their nutritional information.
All nutritional data for the CarboCalc, KcalCalc and Food info functions come from the CREA database (Food and Nutrition Research Centre) updated in 2019, with periodic updates every 6 months.
The data for the BarCode Products feature comes from OpenFoodFacts, a collaborative, open-source database that contains information on millions of food products.
