Amartha could be a decent P2P and has excellent CS service but I can't get over from bad app experience. My first voucher were lose due to app doesnt work to confirm my payment. I had contacted CS via Whatapp and they were able to return the money but not the voucher. Also there're some bugs which really annoying such as some tabs don't work, long loading, and constant system error. You also see similar problem on website. I have to say until the problems are solved I couldn't invest on this app

I invested in this so called 'investment app' hoping for a decent return. Almost a year in, one by one the borrower started to have late payments. i started to pull out my money. But soon more than half of the lenders stopped paying their loans. Its as if they didnt bother to collect the loans anymore. I tried to complain to their CS. Also bad experience. The cs just hide behind the generic 'we will look into this case and get back to you' , but they never did. Would you trust ur money to them?
