User Reviews

Users find Amarant useful and easy to use for managing car data and checking for unpaid fines. The most common complaint is that registration does not work for foreigners, since foreign ID numbers are rejected. Several reviewers also say the app asks for too much personal data and that the verification process is long and cumbersome, including when requesting insurance quotes. Other issues mentioned include bugs during registration, long ad waits, a limit on the number of cars in the free version, and missing Chinese car brands. One reviewer also reported unwanted spam emails after requesting account deletion.

Pros

Useful for keeping car-related data in one place
Intuitive and easy to use
Helpful for checking for unpaid fines

Cons

Requires too much personal data
Registration does not accept foreign residents' ID numbers
Lengthy verification process, including for insurance quotes
Ads with long waits, and a paid ad-free version is requested
