With funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through Family Health International 360 (FHI360), Amara has developed the “Basic Services Light” program, which aims to expand the scope of information available to the public, including: :
1. Make it easy for people to get information about public services, rights and service standards and budget openings at the commune / sangkat administration, health centers and schools.
2. Promote transparency and accountability of commune / sangkat administrations, health centers and schools.
3. Raise public awareness and participation in the implementation of social accounting activities and the process of community scoring, as well as monitoring the provision of public services.

Through this program, you will receive information on the types of services, including:
Video Clips
Information obtained from Sangkat Administration, Health Centers and Primary Schools
Joint Action Plan on Social Accountability
Grievance mechanism where you can comment on the performance of the service provider.
