Pediatrando: Pediatrics & PALS

Pediatrando is a pediatrics app for doctors — pediatricians, pediatric residents and emergency physicians — built for the clinic, the ER shift and residency: the right calculation at the point of care, with the source next to it. The app is in Portuguese and Spanish and is available in Brazil, Argentina and Spain.

WEIGHT-BASED DOSING WITH SAFETY LIMITS

Recommendations follow the SBP, the Brazilian Ministry of Health and UpToDate/Lexidrug; asthma follows GINA 2026 and trauma follows ATLS 11th edition. In Argentina the app follows the SAP, and in Spain the AEP. When sources disagree, the app shows the difference.
