User Reviews

Users report smooth, fast transactions and consider the app legitimate, but customer service is widely criticized as unresponsive to emails, calls, and chats. Many buyers say codes or vouchers arrive late or never arrive, sometimes after weeks of follow-ups. Others report invalid codes when redeeming in stores, and several find the fees high. Some also mention app errors and a removed UI for setting recipients.
