I'm having trouble being kicked off app/ not opening up on T-Mobile. I have uninstalled and reinstalled installed twice. Keep getting error message to clear history as Shuffle failed to restart. Clear browsing history. But I am unable to complete the task. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I've had this App for a couple of years. It's very disappointing 😕 I Already Have The Lastest Version 🤔

Said i have a bug and will not open. I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall but won't open. Very frustrating and has no live person to have a phone conversation with.
