Altriss Learning

Altriss Learning is a modern training and compliance platform built to support workforces across care, cleaning, hospitality, heritage and tourism, office and wider service sectors.

Originally developed for the care sector and now expanding into new industries, the app is designed by people with hands-on experience of regulated environments. Learners can complete training directly on a phone or tablet, fitting study around real working patterns — at home, on break, between visits, or at the office.

Altriss Learning currently supports learners and organisations across:

Wales — Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW)–aligned content, including regulatory compliance training for the key Regulated Services (Service Providers) regulations (8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 20)
England — Care Quality Commission (CQC)–aligned content, including Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training and workforce retention modules
Australia — Aged Care Act 2024–aligned content, including Code of Conduct, Support at Home Programme, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander awareness

How learning works
Courses are structured into short video segments with interactive mini quizzes throughout and a final assessment on completion. Every passed course generates a digital certificate, and results automatically feed into the linked Altriss Hub training matrix — so managers can track compliance, refresher due dates and learner progress in real time.

Managers can build custom roles that draw from a shared course catalogue and organise learning into capability areas such as Safe Practice, Safeguarding & Rights, Person-Centred Care, Regulatory Compliance, and Communication & Records. Learners can be assigned to more than one role and see their compliance across every course that applies to them.
