Althix is a health-tech platform focused on digitalizing the personal care and home healthcare sector. Our goal is to simplify and streamline access to essential medical and personal care services by enabling users to book, track, and manage these services seamlessly through a smart and user-friendly mobile application. Althix connects individuals in need with qualified healthcare providers who can deliver care directly at home, ensuring comfort, convenience, and professional support.

We currently offer a range of essential healthcare services at home, including professional home nursing, regular injection administration, physiotherapy sessions, home caregivers, infant and baby care, as well as wound care and first aid support. All services are provided by verified healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and patient safety.

Our platform features a smart booking and service management system that allows users to book services based on their preferred time slots and availability. After selecting the required service, members can view a list of available healthcare providers (HCPs) offering that service. Users can then choose up to five preferred HCPs from the list. Based on this selection, Althix coordinates with those providers and confirms the visit of one provider to deliver the service at the user’s home.

We have also implemented a secure OTP-based verification system to ensure safety and transparency. Once an HCP accepts the booking, the member receives an OTP, which must be verified before the service begins. This step ensures that only the authorized provider starts the service at the right time and place.

After the service is completed, the member is prompted to rate their experience. These ratings help us improve the overall quality of care and also allow us to recommend top-rated providers for future bookings. When a user books the same category of service again, our system will suggest previously rated HCPs, and the user can also select up to five providers to prioritize. The service flow remains consistent and user-centric, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

Currently, Althix is available free of cost to users. We are not charging any fees or commissions at this stage. Our current focus is to build an efficient and trustworthy platform that connects members with healthcare providers. In future updates, we plan to introduce additional features and business logic to enhance the platform experience.
