Surah Al Kahf

Surah Al-Kahf is the 18th chapter of the Holy Quran and one of the most revered and recited chapters of the Quran. It consists of 110 verses and is said to have been revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) in Mecca.

Surah Al-Kahf begins with the story of a group of young believers who are persecuted for their faith and take refuge in a cave where they fall into a deep sleep. They remain in this state for his three centuries, after which they are awakened as a sign of Allah's power and mercy.

Throughout the surah there are various moral and spiritual lessons emphasized such as faith in Allah, the importance of humility, patience and trust. Surah Al-Kahf is believed to protect against his Dajjal (false savior) and is recommended to be chanted every Friday.
