App has been constantly crashing for months. Can I get an updated camera or refund? This isn't good at all. It use to be for about the first year...... And yes, I have unistalled and re-installed SEVERAL times

UPDATE: it's still doing the same thing. useless app. I miss the old original Altec Lansing app from a couple of years ago that worked. I literally just installed it, and it just keeps closing, saying there is a bug and that I should clear cache and "try updating the app after the developer provides a fix for this error." Useless, 100%.
