Recent reviews

They have a problem with the payment. The payment through the card was not successful, and through PayPal, it was pending for the whole day. Then, it was reversed. What was really annoying was the way of handling the problem. I was asked to fill silly infos. And every time the customer support was saying, "a ticket is opened and you will be contacted in 48 hrs. Until the amazing Ms. Yasmeen let them call me in half an hour, but still, it was useless. Will never use the slow app again.

I am extremely disappointed with Ounass. I requested a refund for an item, which I handed to the driver in perfect condition. However, they rejected my refund, claiming the item was damaged upon collection. This is unacceptable and dishonest. I expected better customer service and integrity.
