Beyond billing, My altafiber helps you manage your account profile, check your current and available services, and view Fioptics TV equipment and channel lineups. The integrated Help Center offers troubleshooting tools and instant answers to common service issues. You can also chat live with representatives, email your questions, or call 24/7 customer service for assistance. Additional features include retrieving important messages, quick access to related apps, and an interactive map of stores and payment centers. My altafiber requires an active altafiber account and subscription to services for full functionality.
