VPMS Admin App

For Hong Kong, VPMS helps estate management in the next level. This App is designed for estate managers or committee members for Committee meets voting, Owner meets voting, and Receive management Fees. This App uses with VPMS Cloud service. The features provided with this App:

COMMITTEE MEETINGS
All pre-assigned members scan QR-Code prints on the VPMS voting board, the voting starts immediately. If the mobile devices support biometric authentications, they will be used for voting confirmation.

OWNER MEETINGS
The manager can send the voting hyperlinks to all owners via social Apps such as Messages, WhatsApp, email, and so on... The manager can see the individual voted result from this App.

MANGEMENT FEES
For management fee receiving, just scan the QR-Code printed on the debit notes. The property address and the fee automatically show up. This App supports cash, credit card, check, and bank transfer transactions.

NOTES
This App cannot be used individually. It must be pre-configured with the VPMS cloud service. So,
DON'T DOWNLOAD IF YOU HAVEN'T VPMS ACCOUNT.
